Start with the real problem
We begin with the people, processes and outcomes behind the request — not with a preferred technology.
About Kojarame
Kojarame works with people and organisations who have a meaningful idea, a difficult operational problem or an opportunity to improve the way something works. We help shape the idea, design the right solution and build the technology that brings it into the real world.
More than software
We look beyond the brief. A successful digital product is not just a collection of screens. It is a connected experience shaped around real people, real operations and real constraints.
Built from experience, guided by curiosity
Kojarame is an Australia-based digital product and technology studio founded by Frankie.
Frankie brings more than 25 years of experience across software development, architecture, technology leadership and digital transformation. He has worked across multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes involving engineering, project management, business analysis, design, testing and operational support.
That experience brings practical judgement: knowing what needs clarity first, what should be built now and how to leave room for the next useful step.
“After years of working across complex technology programmes, Frankie created Kojarame to stay close to the part of the work that matters most: understanding a problem, finding a clear path forward and helping good ideas become useful products.”
How we think
We begin with the people, processes and outcomes behind the request — not with a preferred technology.
Good architecture should create clarity. We explain trade-offs in plain language and design systems that can evolve.
A first release should solve today’s problem while leaving room for tomorrow’s products, integrations and opportunities.
We care about what happens after launch: adoption, operations, reliability, support and continuous improvement.
What we build
We can work from an early idea, an existing product that needs improvement or a complex operational challenge.
