About Kojarame

Technology for ideas that need to become real.

Kojarame works with people and organisations who have a meaningful idea, a difficult operational problem or an opportunity to improve the way something works. We help shape the idea, design the right solution and build the technology that brings it into the real world.

More than software

Good technology should make ambitious ideas possible — and make everyday work feel simpler.

We look beyond the brief. A successful digital product is not just a collection of screens. It is a connected experience shaped around real people, real operations and real constraints.

  • What the business is trying to achieve
  • How people currently work
  • Where customers experience friction
  • How systems and services need to connect
  • What should be built now and what should remain flexible

Built from experience, guided by curiosity

Experience that helps ideas find a clear path.

Kojarame is an Australia-based digital product and technology studio founded by Frankie.

Frankie brings more than 25 years of experience across software development, architecture, technology leadership and digital transformation. He has worked across multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes involving engineering, project management, business analysis, design, testing and operational support.

That experience brings practical judgement: knowing what needs clarity first, what should be built now and how to leave room for the next useful step.

“After years of working across complex technology programmes, Frankie created Kojarame to stay close to the part of the work that matters most: understanding a problem, finding a clear path forward and helping good ideas become useful products.”

How we think

A practical point of view.

01

Start with the real problem

We begin with the people, processes and outcomes behind the request — not with a preferred technology.

02

Make complexity understandable

Good architecture should create clarity. We explain trade-offs in plain language and design systems that can evolve.

03

Build for the next chapter

A first release should solve today’s problem while leaving room for tomorrow’s products, integrations and opportunities.

04

Stay close to reality

We care about what happens after launch: adoption, operations, reliability, support and continuous improvement.

What we build

Useful systems for the way work actually happens.

We can work from an early idea, an existing product that needs improvement or a complex operational challenge.

  • Customer-facing web and mobile products
  • Operational and administration platforms
  • SaaS and multi-tenant systems
  • Connected products integrating software with physical services
  • Workflow, information-management and decision-support systems
  • AI-assisted business tools and system modernisation
