The experience

When a tap becomes a real-world moment.

Most mobile games exist entirely inside a screen. Kira Arcade does not. Every launch affects a physical machine, and every result comes from real gameplay rather than an animation.

The engineering

One press. Several systems. No visible delay.

There was no polished SDK or complete integration guide. We decoded hardware messages, analysed network behaviour and repeatedly tested commands with a real machine. Live video, physical movement, gameplay results, payments and rewards all had to remain coordinated.
