The traditional operation of Chinese medicine clinics has gradually improved with the advancement of high technology and communication. To meet evolving needs, we have developed a comprehensive Chinese medicine clinic management system that modernises Chinese medicine and pharmacology, enhances the clinical environment, and promotes information exchange.

Our system not only enhances the functionality of electronic patient records but also provides an interface for doctors to easily view appointments and waiting queue status.

Based on the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic theories of “observation, listening, questioning, and pulse-taking,” our system is designed to facilitate doctors’ diagnoses. To further improve diagnostic efficiency, we interviewed hundreds of experienced Chinese medicine practitioners and incorporated their professional insights. Our developers created a comprehensive system that integrates internal medicine, acupuncture, and orthopedics, allowing doctors to access various information simultaneously. This includes different prescriptions, acupuncture points, and joint names, enabling them to issue multiple prescriptions for the same patient.

In terms of pharmacy management, beyond the usual inventory queries, dispensing records, and order generation, our system provides stock reminders during prescriptions, location and batch number tracking, minimum inventory alerts, order reminders, and drug movement tracking. For dispensing, it uses barcodes and electronic scales to verify drug information, improving dispensing accuracy.

Our system also offers electronic invoicing, report generation, performance statistics for clinics and doctors, illness statistics and disease classification reports, pharmacy inventory management reports, and accounting and personnel payroll reports, among other features.
